President
Tracy is a top-of-her-game marketing professional, bringing a creative approach to solving business challenges and driving brand growth.

Tracy has 15+ years agency experience in branding, experiential marketing and advertising working on building new brands as well as rebuilding established ones.

As President of experiential marketing agency MKG since 2015, Tracy has proven to be an impactful leader as she continues to lead and grow the agency’s engagements with marquee clients. She has developed brand experiences and agency relationships driven by a passion for two things: problem solving and people. Throughout her career, Tracy’s diligence and deep understanding of her Client’s business has led to impressive marketplace results. Tracy is known for her collaborative spirit, positive outlook and a great eye for innovative creative work that is strategically grounded.

Chris Dowling

Chief Creative Officer
Chris brings the ability to generate memorable and engaging creative through a brand's strategic lens.

Chris joined MKG in 2013, playing a critical role in shaping 214’s brand trajectory, as well as others in the Pineapple Co family. With over 20 years’ experience, from boutique design firms to large advertising and interactive agencies, Chris has gained a razor-sharp understanding of what it takes to stand out and succeed. Prior to 214, Chris was Co-Founder and Creative Director at Seesaw, a boutique branding agency for brands such as Singer, AT&T, Benjamin Moore, and Logitech. Chris also served as Art Director at R/GA, leading creative for IBM, Nike Basketball, and Verizon.

Karina Munoz

Director of Accounts
Karina works closely with clients and internal teams to get to the root of the challenge and deliver solutions.

With 10 years experience spanning CPG, luxury, travel and lifestyle brands, Karina applies a breadth of knowledge and nimbleness to the work she does at 214. Having worked across international markets including Australia, Singapore and the US, Karina is a champion of getting know the client and their needs from the inside out.
Over the course of her career, Karina has worked on clients including Delta Air Lines, Johnnie Walker, Bulleit Frontier Whiskey, Tourism Wales, South African Tourism and 3mobile.

Jared Spears

Director of Strategy
Leading 214's strategy discipline, Jared combines insatiable curiosity with a keen sense for expressing ideas in ways that resonate.

Jared joined 214 in 2017, inspired by the chance to design more collaborative ways of working with clients, tapping into brand purpose to shape authentic strategies. Formerly a Verbal Identity specialist at Interbrand, Jared also brings expertise in brand naming, content publishing, and defining a brand's unique voice.

Asia Mernissi

Strategic Partnerships and Business Development
Asia brings a sharp understanding of the role that strong strategy and design principles play in driving growth.

An avid believer in the notion that great design is great business, Asia is passionate about creativity, innovation, and the role brands and business play in our lives. She writes regularly on these subjects for Thrive Global and Medium.
Asia began her career working in the art world at Christie’s Paris and Sotheby’s New York, honing an aesthetic appreciation and keen business sense. She has worked both in Europe and the US, developing successful marketing and sales strategies.
