When The Collective on 4th was looking to build new luxury apartments in downtown Portland, Oregon, they knew they needed a fresh look to appeal to their young, vibrant audience. We designed a visual identity, website, and collateral that brings energy to The Collective for a sense of urban charisma infused with playful charm.
The stencil-like logo evokes the core brand idea of bringing together an urban community—but balanced with a fresh playfulness. The identity easily adapts to bold colors and branding extensions, like expressive iconography, wayfinding elements, and signage.
We built a dynamic website to appeal to The Collective’s young urban audience. Bold visual elements enhance the brand’s sophisticated but warm feel, from a custom pattern derived from the logo, to a sense of movement that invites you to keep exploring.
